It dynamically adjusts traffic signal timings based on real-time vehicular and pedestrian flow, effectively resolving existing traffic challenges.

This technology grades eggs based on quality, accelerates production speed, and compensates for labor shortages due to rural depopulation.

AI-Powered Cattle Farming: Easily Detect Fevers for Precise Treatment

Taiwan’s hot and humid climate fosters environmental microorganisms that can harm cattle, making body temperature a key health indicator. Modern farms use infrared thermal imaging to capture moving cattle, with AI analyzing the area around the cows’ eyes to determine if they have a fever. This approach reduces the time and risk associated with manual measurements, allowing for rapid assessment of dairy cow health.

Rural depopulation and aging populations are challenges faced by developed countries. Stabilizing agricultural output and reducing import dependence are critical national issues. Utilizing AI-powered autonomous robots, 3D cameras recognize tomato rows while arm-mounted cameras collect fruit images. AI evaluates tomato color, size, and defects like pest damage to prioritize high-quality tomatoes for harvesting. The robots collect the tomatoes into baskets and transport them to collection points, significantly reducing labor for harvesting and inspection and increasing efficiency.
