Advantech IoTMart offers a rewarding ePoints program, allowing customers to earn points on purchases of IoT products. These points can be redeemed for various perks, including coupons and gifts.

How to Earn ePoints

1.Registration

Start by registering successfully at the Advantech IoTMart store.

2.Purchase

After registration, make your purchases at the store.

3.Earn ePoints

For every 10 EUR/GBP spent (after discounts, shipping fees, and taxes), you will earn 1 ePoint. ePoints are credited within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Program Details and FAQs

How long are my ePoints valid for?

ePoints can be used indefinitely without an expiry date. Event points follow the rules of the event.

Can ePoints be discounted directly from the charge?

No, but you can redeem a coupon for a discount on the next order.

How can I redeem the gift?

Redeemed gifts arrive within 3-5 working days if ordered alongside another purchase. Standalone gift redemptions may require an additional shipping fee.

How to calculate ePoints for canceled orders?

The system will automatically deduct the points earned from the original order from the member's account. If there are insufficient points for deduction, it will be marked as a negative balance, and it will be offset by points earned from future purchases.

Can I return or exchange redeemed gifts or coupons?

Coupons and gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, except in cases where there are defects or functional issues with the gifts.

Should I return the redeemed gift for the canceled order?

No, it is not necessary. The system will automatically deduct points equivalent to the value of the gift. If there are insufficient points for deduction, it will be marked as a negative balance and offset by points earned from future purchases.

Is the redeemed coupons valid if I cancel the order after using ePoints for redemption?

If your account has sufficient points, the system will automatically deduct points equivalent to the value of the coupon. If your account has insufficient points for deduction, the coupon will automatically become invalid.

Note

ePoints cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for profit.

Advantech IoTMart enforces policies to prevent misuse of ePoints. Accounts engaged in fraudulent behavior may be restricted or suspended.

Advantech IoTMart reserves the right to update or discontinue the ePoints program as needed, with advance notice provided where possible.

Non-Returnable Gifts: Redeemed gifts and coupons are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
