Warranty Start Date

·The warranty period begins from the date of shipment. 

Warranty Duration

·The length of the warranty varies by product category. For specific details, please visit the Advantech Warranty Lookup. 

Repair or Replacement 

·If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Advantech will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product. 

Exclusions

·This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, neglected, accidentally damaged, improperly installed, or repaired without authorization. 

·In no case will the manufacturer’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. 

Customized Products 

·Customized products will have a Regional Warranty Service, and you can find warranty details by visiting the portal under Customer Service/Warranty. 

The product is excluded from warranty if : 

·The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period. 

·Warranty will be voided if the product being updated/upgraded by customer or third party, has removed or alternated any of its identification labels. 

·The product has been misused, abused, or subjected to unauthorized disassembly/modification; placed in an unsuitable physical or operating environment; improperly maintained by the customer; or failed of which Advantech IoTMart is not responsible whether by accident or other cause. 

·The product is damaged beyond repair due to a natural disaster such as a lightning strike, flood, earthquake, etc.
